摘要 在扫描隧道显微镜(STM)模式下观测了单根Ag-DNA的细部形貌,发现单根Ag-DNA出现解链并伴有部分碱基呈现混沌现象.测量了梳直在金薄膜电极表面的Ag-DNA及小牛胸腺DNA的电流-电压(I-V)特性曲线,结果表明Ag-DNA束的横向导电能力比纯DNA弱. The current-voltage (I-V) property of Ag-DNA and calf thymus DNA is measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM). It is found that the ability of electron transport of Ag-DNA is lower than the natural DNA. To explain the phenomenon, the image of single Ag-DNA is presented by Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM). It shows that Ag-DNA is melting and being chaos in part. The result suggest binding of Ag^+ cause a change in the conformation of calf thymus DNA.
