摘要
读者是图书馆一切工作的中心,读者隐私权的保护是尊重读者的重要手段,而仲裁是解决图书馆与读者因服务产生纠纷最有利于维护读者主体地位的方式。
Readers are the center of all library work, and protecting readers'privacy is an important way of respecting readers. In solving the dispute between readers and library in services, arbitration is the best way of maintaining readers' principal position.
