摘要
机加生产过程广泛选用乳化液作为金属切削液,品种繁多,成份复杂。多种废乳化液集中混合后,处理难度加大,单一的破乳工艺无法降解达标。经过实验研究,运用多种破乳方法的组合工艺可以成功降解高浓度、超稳定的废乳化液。
In order to demulsifcate high concentration oil-bearing wastewater in mechanical process ,A combination process on demulsification of high concentration oil-bearing wastewater is study. The results of experimental test indicate that the combination process is effective and can degradate super-stable and high concentration oil-bearing wastewater successfully.
