摘要
系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ）的诊断分型对治疗方案选择有重要意义，其病情分期对患者的治疗及预后判断有指导意义。作者提出关于ＳＬＥ诊断分重危型和普通型，病情判断分为活动期、稳定期、持续缓解期及基本治愈４期。
There is important significance about diagnosis typing of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) for drawing scheme of treatment. The stages of patient's condition has a directive function about judge of treatment and prognosis in SLE. This article showed that SLE was divided into two typing (serious crisis and common type) and four stages (active stage, stationary phase, continued remission stage and basic cure).
