纤维素酶酶法提取麦胚黄酮工艺条件的优化 被引量:3

Technology optimization for extracting flavonoids from wheat germ by cellulose enzymolysis technique

摘要 为了提高麦胚中的黄酮提取率,采用纤维素酶酶解的方法,利用各单因素试验和中心组合试验方案优化酶解反应的最佳条件。试验结果表明,酶用量为16.5mg,pH为3.8,酶解时间为42min,酶解温度为52.8℃条件下,得到麦胚中黄酮的最大提取率为0.602%;经过方差分析和验证试验,回归模型可靠并且拟合良好。 In order to improve the extraction rate of flavonoids in wheat germ,the method of cellulase degradation was taked,and the central composite experimental design was uesed to optimize the reaction conditions.The result showed that enzyme concentration was 16.5 mg,pH value was 3.8,extraction time was 42 rain,extraction temperature was 52.8 ℃ ,the extraction rate of flavonoids in wheat germ was 0.602%.Through variance analysis and verification test,the regression model was fitting better and the result was reliability.
