摘要
目的:建立从番茄红素中检测是否添加苏丹红并测定其含量的方法。方法:运用紫外四阶导数法在无水乙醇中直接测定样品,条件为Δλ=40;振幅=10000;扫描速度:slow;扫描波长:200~600nm。结果:当苏丹红浓度在2.5~15μg·mL-1时,其四阶导数光谱在251nm处有明显负峰,且此波长处的振幅(A251)与浓度呈良好的线性关系。加样回收率和精密度均得到满意结果。结论:本文建立了一种直接检测番茄红素产品中掺有的苏丹红的方法,运用导数光谱消除了番茄红素对苏丹红的影响,方法简单,快速,易于推广、普及。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of Sudan red in the sample containing lycopene. Method:Using fourth derivative UV spectrophotograph method to determine sample in ethanol, the condition is △λ= 40 ; Amplitude = 10000 ; scanning speed: slow ; scanning wavelength : 200 - 600 rim. Result: When the concentration of Sudan red in sample is range from 2.5μg·mL^-1 to 15 μg·mL^-1 ,its fourth derivative UV spectrophotograph has a characteristic negative peak at the wavelength of 251 nm. And the amplitude at 251 nm(A251 )is proportional to the concentration of Sudan red and the recoveries and precision are satisfied. Conclusion:A good method to determine directly Sudan red from lycopene has been established in this article. Derivative UV spectrophotograph was adopted, the influence of lycopene in sample can be eliminated. Furthermore, the analysis method is simple, fast and accurate.
