摘要
利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDXS)技术,对EBPVD热障涂层(TBCs)中陶瓷面层在热冲击和循环氧化试验前后的形貌和变化进行了分析,研究了陶瓷面层的生长形态和相组分对热障涂层耐久性的影响。
The changes in the morphology and phase composition of the ceramic layer of EBPVD thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) after thermal shock and cyclic oxidation tests were observed and analyzed by Xray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive Xray spectroscopy(EDXS)The effects of the growth mode and phase composition of the ceramic layer on the durability of TBSs were investigated
