摘要
分析了原反应挤出实验的不足之处,通过增加解剖挤出机和错误实验,使实验教学不仅仅停留在简单的材料加工上,而且使学生对挤出机的结构、工作原理、工艺以及聚合物的改性有更深刻的理解,从而提高了学生的动手能力,创新能力和解决问题能力。
This paper analyses the shortage of reactive extrude experiment and puts forwards the amended method. The anatomizing extrudes experiments and error experiments make the experiment teaching not only remain a simple material processing, but also make the students further understand the extrude structure, principle and technique. In addition, it is also in favor of improving the students innovation and problem- solving abilities.
