统筹城乡发展没有固定的模式,各地区应依据可持续发展、因地制宜、因时制宜、区域合作的原则,结合当地的实际情况选择最适宜的发展模式。重庆和四川适合城乡网络化发展模式;陕西、甘肃和宁夏适合以城带乡与城乡网络化相结合的发展模式;青海和新疆适合"多级中心,梯次辐射"的以城带乡模式;贵州和云南适合中等城市优先发展的模式;西藏适合"强源固点、发展轴线"的点轴开发模式。
There is no fixed mode for balancing urban and rural development. It is advisable for each region to choose an optimum mode according to the local economic situation based on certain principle. For Chongqing and Sichuan the best mode is urban-rural networking development. For Shanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, it is rural driven by urban combining urban-rural networking development. For Qinghai and Xinjiang, it is rural driven by urban development with multiple centers and gradient radiant. For Guizhou and Yunnan, it is medium city priority development. For Xizang, it is point-axle development with the constantly strengthening of the point and axle.
