摘要
三相大功率整流技术已经广泛用于电机拖动、大功率AC-DC电源变换中,但存在谐波含量多、功率因数不高等问题。随着对绿色电源的呼声日益高涨,减少谐波电流对电网的干扰显得越来越重要。采用一种新型的24脉波整流方法来抑制谐波,改善波形质量。分别从自耦变压器的结构,输入电流,自耦变压器的等效容量三个方面,对采用自耦变压器移相的24脉波整流电路进行了全面的分析,得出自耦变压器具有理想的输入特性指标,伏安容量远小于变压器输出功率,可减小了变压器的体积和价格。最后利用MATLAB/SIMULINK建模,仿真结果验证了该整流器的有效性。
Three -phase high- power rectifier is widely used electromotor and high -power AC -DC transformation, but there are many problems such as harmonic waves and low power factor. With the increasing need of green power, it becomes more important to reduce the disturbance on electrical network. A new multi - pulse rectifier is used to improve the input current. The 24 - pulse rectifier based on autotransformer is analyzed in detail in the aspects of autotransformer connection, input current and KVA rating of the autotransformer. Theoretical analysis indicates that the autotransformer has excellent input factor and the required VA ratings is much less than its output power, thus the size and price can be reduced a lot. At last, the simulation experiment results verify its feasibility.
