摘要
阿雷地平是一种新型的1,4-二氢吡啶类钙通道阻滞剂,具有高效降压作用,起效缓慢、作用持久,能有效改善脑血流量,特别适合治疗老年人高血压。现对其药效学、药动学、临床研究及不良反应等做一综述。
The aranidipine （MPC-1304） is a novel 1,4-dihydropyridine-type calcium antagonist. With potent efficient and long-lasting antihypertensive effects, the aranidipine （MPC-1304） efficiently improved cerebral blood flow. This compound extraordinarily was used to treat hypertension in the elderly. Aranidipine is expected to be one of new generation desired therapeutic drug for the hypertension.
