摘要 目的探讨由于全自动生化分析仪试剂探针污染携带使得α-L-岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)试剂对无机磷(P3+)检测结果的影响。方法用无溶血、无乳糜的混合血清先单独地测试P3+(对照组);用同样的血清先测AFU紧接着测P3+(测试组Ⅰ);调整项目的测定顺序后,再用同样的血清先测P3+紧接着测AFU(测试组Ⅱ)。结果测试组Ⅰ的P3+含量与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);测试组Ⅱ的P3+含量与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论试剂针携带污染AFU试剂对P3+测定有干扰,使结果偏高,调整测试项目顺序可以消除干扰。 Objective To approach the effect of α -L-fucosidase reagent carry over by reagent probe of automatic biochemistry analyzer on the result of inorganic phosphorus. Methods The content of inorganic phosphorus in pooled serum which was non-hematocytolysis and non- chylous was detected alone for the first time as control group. Then the content of inorganic phosphorus in the same pooled serum was detected after detection of α -L-fucosidase( test group I ). After adjusting the sequence of detected item, the content of inorganic phosphorus in the same pooled serum was detected before α-L-fucosidase(test group Ⅱ ). Results There was significant difference of the content of inorganic phosphorus in group Ⅰ compared with control group (P〈0.01),while the content of inorganic phosphorus in group Ⅱ has not significant difference compared with control. Conclusion The reagent for α-L-fucasidase carry over by reagent probe of automatic biochemistry analyzer can interference the detection of inorganic phosphorus, may cause the result higher than the true value. The interfernce can be eliminated by adjusting the sequence of detected item.
