摘要
根据汽车零部件企业协调的特点,通过Cournot竞争模型计算零部件企业的均衡利润,对Lotka-Volterra系统动力模型进行改造,建立基于横向协调的企业利润增长模型,从价值链论与专业化分工论的角度,分析零部件企业的协调决策过程。结果表明,通过优化价值链和资源配置促进利润增加是企业参与横向协调的重要动因,而横向协调能够促进参与企业利润的共同增加是企业实现协调的重要决策条件,并结合算例进行了验证。
Considering the features of auto parts enterprise cooperation,the possible equilibrium profit is calculated based on the Cournot competition model.Furthermore,a horizontal coordinated revenue growth model is set up based on modified Lotka-Volterra system dynamics model and the cooperative decision-making mechanism among auto parts enterprises is analyzed according to the value chain and specification theories.The results show that individual value chain is optimized by centralizing and relocating resources so as to increase the profit is the incentive for enterprises to implement horizontal cooperation.And horizontal coordination that can increase both profit margin and achieve the win-win effect will be carefully examined when enterprises make decisions.Finally,an example is given and the results are testfied.
