摘要
鉴于网络联结与组织绩效关系的研究没有得出一致的结果,学者们从权变视角出发,在网络联结和组织绩效关系中引入了调节变量,以对两者的关系进行更深入的解释。在阐述网络联结内涵及测度的基础上,本文从权变因素的选择、理论模型的发展和实证研究的结果三方面对已有研究进行了分析和评价,并进一步讨论了权变视角下的网络联结与组织绩效关系的未来研究方向。
Since there are no consistent research conclusions on the relationship between network ties and organizational performance,the scholars introduce the moderate variables in order to deep understand their relationship.Based on the interpretation of the definition and measurement of network ties,recent studies are analyzed and appraised from three aspects,namely,the choice of contingent factors,the development of theory model,and empirical research.Some promising research directions on the relationship between network ties and organizational performance are also proposed.
