3种绿化树种苗木对土壤渐进干旱的生理响应 被引量:1

摘要 以2年生红叶小檗、金叶女贞、金叶莸苗木为试验材料在,盆栽条件下,测定土壤持续干旱胁迫下3个树种苗木的生理变化,结果表明:红叶小檗、3种幼苗的叶绿素含量随胁迫程度的增大和时间的持续而减小;而幼苗的质膜透性、脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性均呈增加,但其增加幅度略有不同。3个树种苗木的抗旱性强弱为:金叶莸>金叶女贞>红叶小檗。 Using two - year - old seedlings of Berbersis thumbergic DC. cv. Atropurpurea, Caryopteris clandonensis cv. Worcester Gold, and Ligustrum lucidm var. Avreum as the materials, this paper studied the effect of gradual soil drought on activity of antioxidant enzymes of the seedlings. The result showed that with the increasing of soil drought stress, the leaf chlorophyll content was reduced, while the membrance permeability and SOD, POD activity and free proline content were increased. The result indicated that the rank of drought resistance of seedling was Caryopteris clandonensis cv. Worcester Gold 〉 Ligustrum lucidm var. Avreum 〉 Berberis thunbergii DC. cv. Atropurpurea.
