摘要
目的:建立测定复方甘草甜素注射液中甘氨酸含量的方法。方法:采用双波长薄层扫描法。结果:甘氨酸线性范围为0.5～7.0μg,r=0.996 9,平均回收率98.7%,RSD4.2%(n=9)。结论:方法简便,结果可靠,可作为控制复方甘草甜素注射液质量的方法。
Objective： To establish a method for determination of glycine in Compound glycyrrhizic acid injection. Method： The dual wavelength TLC -scanning was used. Result： The linear range of glycine was 0.5 - 7.0μg（ r = 0. 996 9 ） the average recovery was 98.7% with RSD 4.2% （ n =9）. Conclusion： This method is simple and reliable, it can be used for quality control of compound glycyrrhizic acid injection.
