摘要
本文采用不同灸治时程（5分钟、15分钟、25分钟）治疗阳虚小鼠模型，结果显示：不同灸治时程对阳虚小鼠模型的T淋巴细胞酯酶阳性率、白细胞介素Ⅱ的影响存在差异。灸15分钟可显著提高阳虚小鼠T淋巴细胞酯酶阳性率（P＜0．01），灸5分钟、25分钟则无显著作用；灸15分钟和灸25分钟均可显著提高阳虚小鼠白细胞介素Ⅱ的活性，二者之间天显著性差异；灸5分钟无此显著作用。提示在改善阳虚小鼠免疫功能的作用上，以灸15分钟为最佳灸治时程。
The author tobk insufficiency of yang BALB/C mice as objects tp. Observed the influences of moxibustion at different tterapeutic periods (5mins, 15mins,25mins) on immunological functions. The resultsshowed: (1) Moxibustion had good effects on im-munological functions in insufficiency of yangBALB/C mice; (2) The influences of moxibustion at different therapeutic periods on immunological func-tion were different. Moxibustion 15mins could in-crease the activity of Q-ANAE; Moxibustion both15mins and 25mins could increase the activity of in-terleukinⅡ； (3) 15mins was the best therapeutic pe-riod.
