摘要
为了解皮下埋植剂对受术者体重的影响,我们对随机埋入国产Ⅰ型、国产Ⅱ型、进口Norplant三种皮下埋植避孕剂各100例妇女进行了埋植前与埋植后12、24个月的体重变化观察。结果各组中体重变化率(包括增加或减轻)在40％～70％左右,埋植后12个月时平均体重均有增加趋势,但无显著性差异,P>0.05。埋植后不同时期随访时主诉体重变化的病例各组仅在3例以内,无因体重变化而取出者。提示无论采用国产Ⅰ型、国产Ⅱ型或进口Norplant皮下埋植剂避孕,体重均有轻微增加的可能,但变化不大,不会因此而影响继续使用率。
The objective of the study was to analyse the change of female body weight before implant, after randomized implant one year and two years of three kinds implant contraception-local implant No Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Nor-plant. 300 women were enrolled, 100 women were in each group. Results:The rates of body weight change in each group (include: increase and decrease) were 40-70 percent. The average body weight after one year implant showed a tendency to increase, but there was no significant difference, P>0.05. The cases of complain of body weight change were in 3 cases in each group after implant when we did follow - up. No case needed removal for the reason of body weight change.Conclude: the study showed us although people were taking care of the body weight change after implant, it just had the possibility of mild increase, not too much and will not affect the continue rate of all three kinds of implants.
