摘要
主要采用ANSYS软件,考虑曲面对激光功率分布不均的影响,应用有限单元法对熔覆层应力场和残余应力分布进行数值模拟,分析应力的产生和影响过程并与实验结果做对比分析。结论为激光功率越高,送粉速度越快,应力值越大。
By adopting the software ANSYS and on considering the curved surface influence of uneven distribution of laser power, the fusing cladding stress field and the residual stress distribution have been numerical simulated by the way of finite element, the emergence of stress and its influence process have been analyzed and the tested results have been contrasted as well. Test result shows that the more laser power will be, the faster powder charging speed would be, and the stress value would get much as well.
