摘要
针对燃料电池等行业对分布式高纯度氢气的需求,研发了一种新型模块化流化床膜反应器用于中小规模天然气水蒸汽自热重整制氢。在一个天然气制氢测试平台上对该反应器进行了中试研究,测试了空气引入方式对床层温度均匀性的影响,钯膜组件及催化剂的工作性能,并将反应器尾气成分与平衡态最小自由能模型预测的结果进行了比较。测试结果表明该新型模块化流化床膜反应器适于天然气自热重整制氢。
A modular fluidized bed membrane reactor was designed and constructed for distributed ultra-pure hydrogen production from autothermal steam methane reforming. It was integrated and tested in a hydrogen production pilot plant. The influence of air introduction mode on the bed temperature profile was studied. The performance of the membrane panel and catalyst were tested. The composition of the reactor off gas was compared against the prediction from an equilibrium minimum free energy model. The experimental results showed that the reactor is suitable for hydrogen production from autothermal steam methane reforming.
