摘要
目的：探讨交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤组织杀伤作用的机理，为应用于临床治疗恶性肿瘤提供依据。方法：应用交变脉冲强磁场对３０只接种Ｌｏｕｉｓ肺癌的昆明小鼠作了杀伤实验研究。结果：通过组织学观察发现，交变脉冲强磁场对肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤作用，对正常的器官组织没有引起损伤。
To elucidate the mechanism of killing effect of alternating impulse magnetic field(AIMF) on tumors,the study was performed in 30 Kunming mice inoculated with Losis lung cancer.Histological observation found that AIMF had selective killing effect on tnmor cells,but was no effect on normal tissues.The results suggest that AIMF has selective killing effect and growthinhibiting effect on tumor indeed.It present proofs for clinical therapy.
