摘要 以蜂窝状微孔结构纤维为原料,研究蜂窝状微孔结构纤维的表面形态和微孔特征。利用扫描电镜,拍摄了纤维不同放大倍数的SEM照片。通过对纤维表面的微孔进行观察与分析,发现大多数纤维表面存在线形微孔,其中有部分微孔接近椭圆形。由于蜂窝状微孔的分布符合有孔隙纱线的导湿模型,因此,用此类纤维织成的织物具有良好的导湿性,同时也具有很好的快干性。 Using honeycomb micropore fibre as raw material to study the surface structure and the characteristic of the honeycomb micropore fiber.SEM photos with different magnification were obtained with scan electron microscope. Observation and analysis of the fiber surface through SEM photos showed that there existed many linear concaves on the surface of most fibers observed. Meanwhile, elliptical concaves were also seen on the surface of some fibers. As the distribution of honeycomb micropore is according with the moisture transfer ability model. Therefore, the use of such fiber made of fabric has a good moisture transfer ability and a good ability of quick-drying as well.
