摘要
重视教师文化建设,将为教师的专业成长和发展提供广泛的机遇和条件,目前的教师文化本质上仍是一种与教师的"技术熟练者"身份相适应的适应型文化,这种适应型文化因为背离了专业化的内涵而阻滞了教师专业发展。我们应该反思并积极寻求重建教师文化的路径和具体策略,与教师的"反思性实践者"身份相适应的创生型教师文化将是当下教师文化重建的主导方向。
Attaching importance to teacher culture will bring broad chance and better conditions to teachers'development in specialization. At present, the main type of teacher culture is still restricted in "adapting culture" which means "technique skilled", but this adapting culture may prevent teachers'development in specialization for its improper understanding. It is urgent to search for better tactics to reconstruct teaeher's culture. The innovating culture of teacher which adapts to "reflection practice" could be the main leading direction in the future.
