摘要
本文以给动物灌服寒凉药及结扎冠状动脉并逐渐缩窄升主动脉口径制作家兔充血性心力衰竭少阴病阳虚水停证模型,旨在探讨加味真武汤注射剂对其血浆内皮素水平的影响。结果表明,造模动物出现症状,各脏器改变及血液流变学改变,腹肢温度的变化均证明CHF少阴病阳虚水停证模型的成功。加味真武汤注射剂可明显降低模型家兔血浆内皮素水平,与用药前及模型组比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),其作用与西药对照组相当。提示加味真武汤静脉注射后对充血性心力衰竭的治疗,降低血浆内皮素水平是其作用机制之一。
In order to approach the effect of Jiaweizhenwutang injection on plasma endothelum in rabbits with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) belonged to edma due to Yang - deficiency, adopting the modeling method to oral administrated cold and cool drugs, ligaturing coronary artery and gradually coarctating the caliber of ascending aorta.The results showed that the modeling rabbits manifested symptoms, organ' s changes, blood rheology changes and the changes of abdomen and extremities temperature, which all indicated that the modeling of CHF blonged to edma due to yang - deficiency was success. Jiaweizhenwutang injection could lower the level of plasma endothelurn in model rabbit,there were obviously difference between injection group and model group(P < 0.05) ,its effect was matched western medicineAll these suggested that the low of plasm endothelum level was one of the mechanism that the treatmental function of Jiaweizhenwutang injection on CHF.
