摘要
对我国既有公共建筑的耗能现状及存在问题进行了分析,对作为当前能耗大户的既有公共建筑的节能改造提出了一些具体建议,以期节约大量的重置资金,有效地降低既有公共建筑在生命全周期的使用能耗。
The author analyzes current situation of the energy consumption and existing problems of the existing public building, provides some concrete suggestions for the energy saving transformation of the current existing public building with large energy consumption, so as to saving large replacement capital and decrease the service energy consumption of existing public building in the all life-cycle.
