矿区不同复垦年限土壤施用生物菌肥对小白菜品质的影响

Effects of biological bacterial fertilizer in soil on quality of Chinese cabbage in mining area with different reclamation years

摘要 采用盆栽模拟试验,研究在煤炭矿区1年、2年、3年复垦土壤施用生物菌肥对小白菜叶绿素、VC、还原糖含量等品质指标的影响,及生物菌肥对复垦土壤熟化改良的效果。结果表明,加入生物菌肥后,不同年限复垦土壤的小白菜叶绿素、VC、还原糖含量有明显提高,分别比对照增加18.0%。36.0%、17.2%。24.64%、20.0%。26.1%;施加生物菌肥对小白菜品质的提升呈现3年土壤〉2年土壤〉1年土壤的现象,说明施加生物菌肥对3年复垦土壤的熟化改良效果较好。 A simulated experiment was conducted to study the effects of biological bacterial fertilizer on the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C and reducing sugar in leaves of Chinese cabbage planted in the soil reclaimed for one year, two years and three years in mining area, and improving and ripening the reclaimed soil. The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll, vitamin C and reducing sugar of Chinese cabbage were increased by 18.0%-36.0%, 17.2%-24.64%, and 20.0%-26.1%, respectively, as compared to the control. The effect of biological bacterial fertilizer on the quality of Chi- nese cabbage planted in the soil reclaimed for three years was the best, followed by that for two years and one year, which showed that the bacterial fertilizer had better improving effects on the soil reclaimed for three years. The dominant bacteria isolated from soil in mining area had obvious effects on improving the reclaimed soil.
