摘要
我国高等教育经过规模扩张后,高等教育质量问题成为了主要矛盾,政府为提高高等教育教学质量,实施质量工程,启动国家精品课程建设,但并未达到预期效果。在分析精品课程建设误区的基础上,针对精品课程建设的主体、对象、手段、评审与管理及制度设计等方面存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以促进精品课程的持续有效利用。
The quality of higher education has become the principal factor in China after the expansion of scale.The government has implemented a quality project,and launched a program of national top-quality curriculums to improve the quality of teaching in higher education,but the expected result have not been achieved.Basing on analyzing the misunderstanding on the program of national top-quality curriculums,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable effective use of the national top-quality curriculums in view of the problems in subjects,targets,means,assessment,management and system design,etc.
