摘要
采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)作为主控单元,对冷水机组驱动的中央空调进行改造,构建了以变频器、温度传感器为核心的闭环控制系统,阐述了改造系统的控制模式、PLC程序设计、元器件的计算选择及变频参数的预设,为同类系统改造提供了理论依据和方法,改造后的长期经济效益显著。
Using PLC as the master control unit, the cold water unit driving the central air conditioning is recon- structed, the closed loop control system that take the inverter and the temperature sensor as the core is constructed. The control pattern of transformation system, the PLC programming, the primary device computation choice and the preset of frequency conversion parameter are expounded, providing the theory "basis and the method for the similar system technical reform. After the technical reform, the long-term economic efficiency is obvious.
