摘要
目的:观察水针、电针和中频电治疗与电针、中频电治疗对腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法:2005年7月～2007年12月对101例腰椎间盘突出的病人分治疗组和对照组分别进行治疗,治疗组51例进行水针、电针加中频电治疗;50例行电针加中频电治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率74.5%,显效率96.0%,对照组治愈率24%,显效率60%。结论:治疗组增加水针治疗后明显提高了治愈率,显效率也明显优于对照组,该疗法可显著提高临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the effect of hydro-acupuncture, electric acupuncture and intermediate frequency electricity to treat lubar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods： 101 cases of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into treatment and control group in July,2005 to december,2007. The treatment were 51 cases treated with hydro -acupuncture, electric acupuncture and intermediate frequency electricity and the control treated with electric acupuncture and intermediate frequency electricity. Results： The cure rate was 74.5% in treatment and the total effective rate was 96.0%, the cure rate was 24% in control and the total effective rate was 60.0%. Conclusion ： It obviously raised the cure rate after adding hydro - acupuncture in the treatment. The excellence rate was obviously better in treatment than control. This treatment could raise the clinical curative effect.
