摘要
对施耐德可编程序控制器与变频器应用于直饮水恒压供水系统的设计思想作了介绍,对系统的工艺流程和主要控制功能作了阐述,尤其对变频恒压控制原理作了较为详细的分析,给出了控制系统软件设计思路;现场应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定,供水质量可靠,为直饮水恒压供水在我国城市居民区的推广应用提供了经验。
This paper introduces the designing idea of taking Neza PLC and inverter constant pressure applied to drinking water supply system, elaborating on the system's main process flowchat and control functions. It especially analyses the variable frequency control theory in detail. And gives the design thinking of system software. The field application results show that the system is running stably steadily, providing good quality water. The system promotes the use of the experience of constant pressure water supply for drinking water in China' s urban areas.
