摘要
设计了一种基于单片机和虚拟仪器的温度控制系统,主要实现对给定点的温度控制。系统由两大部分构成,温度采集控制部分和温度显示部分。温度采集控制部分的核心是单片机AT89S52,分为四个模块进行设计:测温电路、模数转换电路、输出控制电路、串口通讯电路。温度显示部分用虚拟仪器实现,不仅显示温度的历史波形,还显示实时温度值,方便对被测信号分析、处理。经测试该测温系统性能稳定,在45℃的精度可达±1℃。
This design introduces a temperature measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and single chip microcomputer, controlling fixed-point temperature. There are two major parts in the design, one is the temperature acquisition and control, the other is the display of temperature. In the temperature acquisition and control, the core chip is the SCM AT89S52. Design is divided into four modules: the circuit of detecting temperature, analog-digital conversion circuit, output control circuit for the control, serial communication circuits. We use virtual instrument to display the temperature, not only show the history of temperature wave, also real-time temperature. It is convenient to analyze and processes the measured signal in the waveform display. The temperature measurement and control system based on LabVIEW and single chip microcomputer has a stable performance, at 45 degrees Celsius the accuracy reachable ±1℃.
