通过与传统调整线的对比,介绍了新型汽车调整线的工艺布局、输送原理、控制模式,并总结了其柔性化生产模式等特点以及在工艺、质量控制等方面的创新点。
By comparing with the traditional BIW LINE, a new type of BIW LINE is introduced by its process layout, conveyor and control system. And its character, such as flexibility, and innovative points, such as in process and production quality control, are hereby summarized.
