摘要
目的：评价利用介入放射技术治疗产后大出血的作用。材料与方法；对6例产后大出血患者实施急诊双侧髂内动脉栓塞治疗，所用栓塞剂为明胶海绵。结果：5例大出血完全停止，1例出血明显减少，经药物继续治疗一周后出血完全停止。无1例产生严重并发症。结论：急诊髂内动脉栓塞，创伤小，止血迅速，疗效可靠，并可达到保留子宫的目的，可作为产后大出血药物治疗无效时首选的治疗方法。
Purpose: To evaluate the value of embolizating internal iliac artery in the treatment to serious obsterical hemorrhage. Materials and Methods: Six cases with serious postpartum hemorrhage were treated by embolizating both internal arteries after emergent angiography. Occlusive materials used are spange pledgets and Partides. Results: In all six patients great bleeding was successfully controlled. No complications happenedd after the embolizative treatment. Conclusion: Arterial embolotherapy as quite safe and effective, should be first chosen in the patients of serious postpartum hemorrhage.
