油田注水井管内防腐涂料的改性及性能研究

摘要 油田注水井管细菌腐蚀严重,为此对环氧树脂内防腐涂料分别添加有机和无机抗菌剂进行改性。将改性涂层浸泡于含硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的溶液中,研究了3种抗菌剂的抗菌、杀菌效果,并测试了改性涂层的硬度、耐磨性和附着力。结果表明:经抗菌剂改性,涂层抗SRB老化性能明显提高;YS-06双季铵盐型抗菌剂改性涂层的抗菌性能要优于1227单季铵盐型抗菌剂改性涂层;添加2%Ag-ZnOw抗菌剂的改性涂料的硬度高、耐磨性好、附着力强,并具有优良的抗菌性能。 Aiming at solving severe bacterial corrosion of injection wells, modification of epoxy resin is carried out by adding three kinds of organic and inorganic anti-bacterial agents respectively. By dipping the modified coating in solutions that contain sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) , the anti-bacterial and bactericidal effects of the agents are investigated for three kinds, and the rigidity, wearability and adhesion of modified coating are tested. The results indicate that the aging resistance gets remarkably improved for the coating modified by antibacterial agents ; the antibacterial property of the coating treated with YS - 06 double-quaternary ammonium antibacterial agent is better than that treated with 1227 single - quaternary ammonium antibacterial agent; the modified paint added 2% of Ag-ZnOw antibacterial agent has high rigidity, good wearability, adhesion and antibacterial property.
