摘要
宁波高等教育"十五"期间实现了跨越式大发展,但与国内同类城市相比,办学起点较低,现有结构不尽合理,高等教育能级与经济社会发展还不相适应,需充分借鉴同类城市先进经验,突出科学研究和学科建设地位,加大师资队伍建设力度,积极寻求"由大到强"的新跨越。
Leap-forward development on higher education has been realized during the tenth 5-year plan in Ningbo. Compared to other domestic cities, the higher education of Ningbo still has some disadvantages, such as relative short history of running school, irrational school structure, with economic and social development inadaptable to higher education. Therefore, it＇s necessary to learn from other cities. Furthermore, doing scientific research and recruiting qualified faculty should be strengthened to seek for leap-forward from big to strong.
