摘要
《广西北部湾经济区发展规划》已于2008年1月被国务院批准，标志着广西北部湾经济区正式确立。这是我国继上海浦东新区、天津滨海新区、成渝城乡统筹综合配套改革实验区、武汉城市圈和长株潭城市群综合改革试验区之后，国家批准的第六个综合配套改革试验区，也是唯一具备国际区域经济合作功能的综合配套改革试验区。这使广西成为新一阶段我国改革开放的排头兵，也给广西带来前所未有的历史发展机遇。
Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is the only area approved by China＇s State Council for Economic Co-operation with international and regional function in an integrated package of reform Experimental Zone. Formulation of basic regulations＂Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Ordinance＂of development and construction Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, has become an important task. Basing on the actual needs of the building Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, the article discusses the purpose of legislation, the guiding ideology, basic principles, positioning and system, the structure of content in ＂Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Ordinance＂.
