摘要
信息化是产业融合的技术平台,以此为基础,技术创新、企业对于利润的追求以及管制的放松成为产业融合的动因。产业融合的灵魂是创新,产业融合会产生竞争激励效应、技术创新效应、组织创新效应和管理创新效应,最终会带来产业创新效应。
Informatization is the integration of the technology platform as a basis to motivate technological innovation, enterprises to pursue profit, and the relaxation of the control in industrial integration. Industrial integration is the soul of innovation, and it will bring about competitive effects, effects of technological innovation, of organizational innovation and of management innovation. Ultimately, it can bring about the effect of industrial innovation.
