摘要
目的探讨空腹乘坐长途汽车尿酮体检查的临床价值。方法收集清晨到达我分中心的空腹尿液,并询问体检者的晕车情况。用美国拜耳CLINITEK50型尿液自动分析仪检测。结果检测138例空腹乘坐长途汽车的人群,尿酮体阳性105例,其中晕车者96例,占91.43%。结论空腹乘坐长途汽车者尿酮体会出现阳性,尤其晕车者阳性率可达90%以上。
Objective Research the value of acetone bodies in urine detection after a long time trip by coach being in limosis. Method Collected urine samples while empty stomach and inquireed the condition of car sickness in the morning. Detected the samples by CLINITEK 50 type automatic urine analyzer from Bayer USA. Result There were 105 positive cases of acetone bodies among 138 traveling persons in empty stomach. There were 96 carsick cases among 105 positive cases of acetone bodies, accounted for 91.3%. Conclusion Acetone bodies will be positive after travel by coach being in empty stomach. Even the positive rate of carsick people persons will reach more than 90%.
