血清尿酸水平与充血性心力衰竭的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清尿酸水平与充血性心力衰竭的关系。方法152例器质性心脏病患者根据心功能状态(NYHA心功能分级)分为A组(I级)、B组(II级)、C组(III级)和D组(IV级),测定各组血清尿酸水平和左室射血分数(LVEF),比较各组患者的血清尿酸水平和血清尿酸与LVEF的相关性。结果A组、B组、C组和D组患者的血清尿酸分别为(257.31±69.38)、(318.59±70.25)、(456.63±75.09)mmol/L和(506.87±81.23)μmol/L,各组之间血清尿酸比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清尿酸水平与LVEF值呈直线负相关(r=-0.62,P<0.05)。结论血清尿酸水平与充血性心力衰竭有相关性。 Objective To explore the association of serum uric acid level and congestive heart failure. Methods 152 patients with heart diseases were divided into A(NYHA Ⅰ grade), B(NYHA Ⅱ grade), C(NYHA Ⅲ grade)and D(NYHA Ⅳ grade)groups. Serum uric acid level and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) were determined. The association of serum uric acid level and LVEF was analyzed,and the serum uric acid levels of different groups were compared. Results The serum uric acid levels of A,B,C and D groups were(257.31 ±69.38), (318.59 ± 70.25 ), (456.63± 75.09)and (506.87±81.23 )μ mol/L respectively,the levels of serum uric acid among different groups were significantly different(P 〈 0.05 ), serum uric acid level was positively correlated with cardiac function classification of NYHA, serum uric acid level was negatively correlated with LVEF(r = -0.62, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Serum uric acid level is positively correlated with cardiac function classification congestive heart failure.
