瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉在气压弹道碎石中的应用观察

摘要 目的探讨瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚全凭静脉麻醉在气压弹道碎石中的应用效果。方法选择2007年1月~2008年2月择期行气压弹道碎石术患者100例,其中男60例,女40例,ASAI~Ⅱ级,行静脉麻醉。结果100例采用静脉麻醉行气压弹道碎石术后,有16例出现血压下降,2例出现心率减慢。9例出现SpO2下降,对症处理后均缓解,6例改行插管全麻下输尿管切开取石术成功。结论瑞芬太尼是人工合成新型超短效能的阿片类药,具有起效快、苏醒快、镇痛强等特点,异丙酚同样具有起效快、半衰期短的特点,两者合并应用有协同作用,能增强麻醉效果,复合时能同时达到各自的最大效应。在气压弹道碎石术中使用效果确切,使用方便,起效快捷,唤醒时间短。
