锁骨钩钢板治疗严重肩锁关节脱位临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:评价锁骨钩钢板治疗严重肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:2005年7月～2007年7月,手术治疗Rockwood Ⅲ～Ⅴ肩锁关节脱位18例。行切开复位,锁骨钩钢板内固定。术后早期肩关节功能锻炼。结果:随访5～18个月,平均12.3个月。术后5～9个月取出内固定,恢复良好,无脱位再发生。采用Karlsson分级标准进行疗效评定:A级15例,B级3例,无C级。结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位可以解剖复位,对关节影响小,固定可靠,功能恢复良好。
