摘要
对于图书馆的共享问题,长期以来都是图书馆行业的理想。由于管理模式、共享体制的设计、文献知识产权保护等因素,图书馆长期以来奉行的“文献资源共享”并没有达到理想状态。文章认为,在图书馆2.0时代——读者的时代,图书馆应更加关注“读者服务”,发展以用户为核心的服务共享,因此,图书馆可以尝试借鉴银行业的银联模式,按照“平等、统一、共享、参与”的原则,构建基于文献服务的图书馆共享新模式。该文为2009年第五期“重庆大学图书馆2.0实践”专题文章之一。
The pursuit of a united service system of libraries is an ideal mode of library service. Because of factors of management mode, sharing design and copyright protections, the "literature sharing" mode of the library profession is not well optimized. In the era of Lib2.0, era of readers, the libraries should care more about "reader service" and develop an reader-oriented services system. The libraries could establish a new literature sharing service system based on the principles of"equality, union, sharing and participation" and attempt on utilizing the experience of the UnionPay system of the banks.
