摘要 从利废、节能的角度出发,选用3种不同造孔特点的废料(稻杆、稻壳及炉底灰)作为烧结坯体微孔造孔料,分别和炉渣共同掺入粘土坯料中,通过其在烧结坯体中对物理力学、热工及耐久性等主要技术指标的影响分析,尤其是对抗冻性的探讨,确定合适的烧结微孔坯体造孔料的品种. <Abstract>From the viewpoint of waste-ultilization and energy conservation, three kinds of pore-forming waste materials Such as rice straw, rice husks and furnace ash are used as the pore-forming materials, and together with slay added into clay green bricks. Through analysis of main technical index such as physical, mechanical, thermal and durability etc. especially through investigation of its anti-frozen property, the suitable pore-forming materials are determined to be used in manufacturing the fired porous bricks.
