摘要
介绍了动物活性肽的分类,就目前几种具有重要应用价值的动物活性肽的生物功能、作用机制、分离纯化方法的研究进行了综述,指出随着基因工程技术的发展,利用DNA重组技术和细胞培养技术生产动物活性肽可大大提高其产量和纯度.
This paper introduces the classification of animal active peptides, summarizes the research on biological functions, working mechanisms, and separation and purification of the current important animal active peptides, and points out that with the development of genetic engineering technology, the use of DNA recombination technology and cell cultivation technology to produce animal active peptides can improve its output and purification significantly.
