摘要
研究了废有机溶剂TBP/煤油碱性水解工艺的可行性与相关条件,分析其水解的主要产物,并对水解溶液进行水泥固化处理。经过气相色谱分析,当温度为95~105℃时,TBP在12.5mol/L NaOH溶液中水解率接近100%,滴定分析表明主要水解产物为HDBP,并有少量的H2MBP。对水灰比为0.4和0.6的水泥固化体保养28天后进行抗压强度测试,其中水灰比为0.4的水泥固化体抗压强度可以达到12MPa。
This paper mainly describes study on the treatment of spent tributylphosphate (TBP) using hydrolysis and solidification. The test results indicate that TBP hydrolyzing rate could be nearly 100% in a 12.5 mol/L NaOH solution with the temperature between 95 % and 105 ℃. The acid base titrimetry shows that the main hydrolysate is HDBP. The compressive strength of the test block with 0.4 water/cement ratio can reach 12 MPa after 28-day conservation.
