摘要
双语聋教育使聋童获得真正平等的教育机会。手语作为第一语言得到及时发展,将促进聋童认知、社会性等各方面的学习和发展,包括作为第二语言的汉语(尤指汉语书面语)的学习。双语聋教育是社会系统工程,需要从法律意义上确立手语的语言学地位,解决聋人师资问题及提高家长手语培训水平。在借鉴挪威、丹麦等国家双语聋教育经验的同时,应当结合我国特有的文化传统和教育现实条件,探索我国本土化双语聋教育途径。
Bilingual deaf education makes the deaf children enjoy real equal educational opportunities. The acquisition of sign language as the first language greatly benefits deaf children' s cognitive development, social development and the acquisition of written language as the second language. In bilingual deaf education, the sign language should find its way into the law with linguistic position. And we should also improve the status of deaf teachers and do more sign language training for the parents of deaf children. In addition, we should try to establish our own approach of bilingual deaf education combined with our specific cultural traditions on the basis of borrowing experience of other countries including Denmark and Norway.
