摘要
农村公共卫生服务具有公共物品的属性,政府在新农村公共卫生服务体系的构建中负有不可推卸的责任。分析了当前我国新农村公共卫生服务体系构建中政府职责的缺失及其原因,并在此基础上指出了完善新农村公共卫生服务体系构建中政府职责的进路。
Rural public health service has the properties of public goods. And government has inevitable responsibility in the construction of new rural public health service system.The present vacancy of government＇s responsibility and its causes in the construction of new rural public health service system in China were emphatically analyzed. On this basis, the countermeasures of perfecting the government＇s responsibility in the construction of new rural public health service system were pointed out.
