摘要
[目的]研究朱樱花的体内抗氧化性和抗炎作用。[方法]通过测定用不同剂量朱樱花提取物和Vc喂养1周的小鼠的血清SOD值、全血GSH-Px值及血浆CAT值研究朱樱花提取物的体内抗氧化性并通过计算肿胀抑制率研究朱樱花提取物对二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀的影响。[结果]朱樱花提取物低、中、高剂量组的GSH-Px活力分别是(18.13±0.91)(、18.73±1.22)和(19.67±1.02)mg/L,SOD活力分别是(40.58±1.09)(、42.09±2.25)和(45.19±1.71)U/ml,CAT活力分别是(52.41±0.07)(、52.52±0.18)和(52.54±0.05)U/ml;Vc组的GSH-Px活力高于朱樱花提取物中剂量组而低于其高剂量组,SOD活力高于朱樱花提取物低剂量组而低于其中、高剂量组,CAT活力高于朱樱花提取物中剂量组而低于其高剂量组。朱樱花提取物中、低剂量组的肿胀抑制率分别为20.50%和9.50%,其高剂量组和扶他林乳剂组的肿胀抑制率分别为28.71%和44.36%。[结论]朱樱花提取物具有很好的抗氧化性和抗炎作用。
[ Objective ] The aim was to study the in vivo antioxidant activity and anti-inflammnatory effect of Calliandra baematocepha. [ Method ] The in vivo antioxidant activity of extracts from C. haematocepha was studied the determining the values of SOD in the serum, GSH-Px in the whole blood and CAT in the plasma of mice fed with extracts from C. haematocepha at different dosages and Ve for 1 week and the effect of extracts from C. haema- tocepha on the swelling of mice ear caused by dimethylbenzene was studied through calculating swelling depressive rate. [ Result ] The activities of GSH-Px in the low, middle and high dosage groups of extracts from C. haematocepha were 18.13 ±0.91,18.73 ±1.22 and 19.67 ±1.02 mg/L resp,, their activities of SOD were 40.58 ± 1.092,42.09 ±2.25 and 45.19 ±1.71 U/ml resp. and their activities of CAT were 52.41 ± 0.07,52.52 ± 0.18 and 52.54 ± 0.05 U/ml resp. The activity of GSH-Px in Vc group was higher than that in the middle dosage group of extracts from C. from,but lower than that in its high dosage group, The activity of SOD in Ve group was higher than that in the low dosage group of extracts from C. haematocepha, but lower than that in its middle and high dosage groups. The activity of CAT in Vc group was higher than that in the middle dosage group of extracts from C. baematocepha, but lower than that in its high dosage group. The swelling depressive rates in the middle and low dosage groups of extracts from C. haema- tocepha were 20.50% and 9.50% resp.and that in its high dosage group and votalin cmulgel group were 28.71% and 44.36% resp. [ Conclusion ] The extracts from C. haematocepha had very good antioxidant activity and anti-inflanmmtory effect.
