摘要
利用2008年11月1日的高空、地面气象资料分析了辽宁省营口地区的渤海北部海面由西南风5级转偏北风7级的过程。结果表明:11月1日8:00地面的南高北低的形势场和较大的气压梯度配置是11月1日中午营口地区的渤海北部海面(团山测站)产生西南风5级、瞬时最大风速达13.9 m/s的7级阵风的主要天气形势;11月1日傍晚营口地区处于地面冷锋东移南压过境冷平流冲击处,冲击带来的强烈大风以及气压梯度异常递增导致在20:00前后营口地区的渤海北部海面出现7级偏北大风;这是典型的渤海北大风个例。
The process of the southwest wind of 5th grade to the northern gale of 7th grade on November 1^th ,2008 in the Yingkou region of noahem Bohai Sea were analyzed, based on the high-altitude and ground meteorological data. The main situation of causing the louder southwest wind , which the wind reaches 5th grade and the instantaneous gale reaches 7th grade which achieves 13.9 m/s (7th grade of the wind standard is 13.9 - 17.1 m/s), is the pat- tern of low in north and high in south of low-pressure gradient on the ground and the greater pressure gradient at 8:00 in Yingkou region of the northern Bohai Sea. The reason of the Yingkou region of anthem Bohai Sea off the loud anrthem wind next to the night on the November 1^th is the cold stratospheric impact on the ground by the cold front eastward shift of the South pressure and the abnormal increasing in the pressure gradient; It is a typical noah wind case study of Bohai Sea.
