摘要
本文研究了SCR连铸连轧生产线铸坯截面积的大小对电工用铜线坯的延伸率、断线率等性能的影响,发现铸坯截面积越大,由其经热轧得到的铜线坯塑性越好,断线率越低,并对这一规律进行了系统的分析。
The performance effect such as drawability, break ration and etc. of cross section area of casting bar for SCR continuous casting & rolling production line on quality of copper rod for electrical application has been studied systematically in this paper. The experimental results show that the cross section area of casting bar is bigger, the plastic deformation property of the hot rolled copper rod is better, and the break ration is lower. The result is analyzed systematically in this paper at last.
